A true Georgian treasure, this rare pansy pendant blooms with glorious colour and scale. Hand-crafted in rich 18ct Gold c.1820–1830, it is set “à jour” with two velvety purple Amethysts and three glowing golden Citrines, the open backs inviting light to flood through every facet.
The classic pansy motif, beloved in the period as a symbol of remembrance, meets beautifully crisp triple-claw settings and a wonderfully weighty presence on the neckline.

ERA: Georgian, c.1820.
MEASUREMENTS: Pendant is 33.5mm long including jump ring.
Pendant itself is 27.5mm long x 26.5mm wide.
Amethysts each measure approx. 12.5mm x 8mm x 7mm, weighing 4.10ct each (approx. 8.30ct combined).
Citrines graduate from approx. 11mm x 7mm x 5mm (each side) to 10mm x 13.5mm x 8.5mm (lower petal), weighing approx. 11.30ct combined.
Weight: 10.4g.
MATERIALS: Tests as 18ct Gold, Amethyst (8.30ct), Citrine (11.30ct).
HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.
PACKAGING: Your order will be gift-wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

EXCELLENT: Gemstones are bright, lively and securely set with no chips or cracks visible. Open-backed Gold settings are crisp with minimal surface wear, retaining their handsome Georgian character. A superb, highly collectible early 19th-century jewel.

Layaway Installment Plans
A layaway is an interest-free payment plan that enables you to reserve an item with an initial deposit, and then pay the balance over 60 days.
Layaway is very popular with Lillicoco customers, particularly when making a more considered purchase.
How It Works
In total, you will make three payments over three months:
Day 1: 33.33%
Day 30: 33.33%
Day 60: 33.33%
Your layaway purchase is reserved for you as soon as the initial payment has been taken.
Your order is shipped once the full balance has been paid.
All of our usual terms and conditions apply with a layaway purchase, although 15% of the invoice total is nonrefundable in case of cancellation or return, acting as an administration fee.
A layaway is not a loan, nor is it a form of credit. A credit check is not required to put an item on layaway, and missing a payment will not affect your credit score.
If you do not complete your layaway on schedule your reservation may be cancelled and your payments may be refunded, minus the administration fee.
